It’s a CR1 creature from the forests of the Feywild, who will turn you into one of them if it kills you with his poisoned blade. Enjoy.

I like it! I didn’t know there was an official Woodwose. But in the 2nd ed era I was very anti-Realms and spent most of my gaming time in Ravenloft.
