I’m glad you liked it NewbieDM! I was great working with you. I just placed an order to have Amazon receive another carton, so hopefully it wont be listed as out of stock over there anymore… Lulu is better for me, but Amazon has free shipping, which is better for everyone else.
Hopefully.. the book will enter retail distribution soon. I’m in negotiations with Studio 2 to pick it up; that would be cool.
