I used a bookmarklet to do this for a while, but lately I’ve been using Ubiquity (http://labs.mozilla.com/ubiquity/) which is, hands down, one of the coolest Firefox add-ons ever.

You can edit HTML and CSS on the fly with it. Also just found out that this functionality is native in Opera too.
