		<description><![CDATA[These are brilliant tips.  In the interest of keeping our game going, I&#039;m currently on a rotating schedule with a very experienced DM and it&#039;s pretty intimidating; I&#039;ve only run a session here or there before this.  My first campaign went okay but I fell prey to all sorts of newbie mistakes (which unfortunately I knew were happening, but didn&#039;t have the experience to fix).  These tips sound like the list of things I always forget to do, that leave me scrambling on tilt -- which causes me to totally space something else that was probably more important.  Thankfully everyone in my group is pretty forgiving, including the other DM, who is playing when he&#039;s not DMing.]]></description>
