The program includes flowcharts for your adventures that link to encounters, maps, and all sorts of stuff. You can even use Dungeon Tiles to plan and map out your encounters! This is the most powerful DM’ing software I’ve ever seen. What’s even more unbelievable is it’s free. I hope WoTC doesn’t send a cease and desist.

Since the program is using insider to build its libraries, therefore users have to have a valid and active insider account to get and update the data the program isn’t providing any copywrighted material on its own. Which means I don’t see a rationale for a cease and desist order. Doesn’t mean it won’t happen, just that I don’t see the justification.
